Endovenous Laser Therapy

As you know, varicose veins can cause fatigue, discomfort and cramping. Long-term complications include ulcerations or bleeding, which is why you want your patients to get the treatment they need right away. We are highly trained and experienced in vascular surgery and offer a revolutionary method of endovenous saphenous vein ablation called endovascular laser therapy (EVLS). EVLS is a minimally invasive and cost-effective alternative to traditional vein stripping. With EVLS, laser energy is delivered to the vein wall, causing it to heat, collapse and seal shut. The procedure is performed in our office under guided ultrasound to ensure pinpoint accuracy. Finally, EVLS offers minimal or no scarring and lets your patients resume their normal activities in one to two days.
